The apartment is covered by excellent sound insulation. It has a luxurious Mini Pool Spa (Jacuzzi) and has a view of Taygetos mountain, the municipal swimming pool & the park of Kalamata. The apartment has branded, highly aesthetic furniture and has been designed with the main purpose of functionality and guest comfort.

The location of the apartment, next to the park, is ideal for exploring Kalamata as it is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, within walking distance of the city's main points of interest, close to the municipal swimming pool, in close distance from both the center and the local beach, while right next to the "Evripidou 7" building is the main pedestrian/cycle path that runs through the city from north to south.

The building "Evripidou 7" of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas, has been designed by A&K Architects. It was recently built (May 2023) with modern urban decoration in the style of Athenian modernism and with a special emphasis on sustainability, energy saving and environmental protection.
